Lying down on the floor, esp out here in Asia where it's most likely to be tile or concrete, is cool. But I adore the idea of just lying down anywhere, as if to say, I've have enough, or I need a break.
I'm not a nap person, so when I finally crawl into bed to lie down it feels soooo good. There was a time when I was doing yoga nidra, which is basically lying down while someone guides you to do a body scan, for 10mins as a reboot. I swear it was better than a nap, and sometimes I would drift off to sleep. Good stuff, highly recommended it. xo

That's a good point! Didn't think about the tile/concrete being a factor as well.
Haha I always fall asleep when I'm lying down at the end of a yoga session. It's the best feeling.
